A.K. Modern Establishment was founded in 1994 by Mr. Al Hareth Abdul Razzak Al Khalid as a private holding and management Company to optimize existing activities and develop new business ventures. A.K. Modern Establishment, directly and through its associate Companies, manages activities that span over several types of businesses in the state of Kuwait and overseas. With over 500 employees (including all associate Companies), A. K. Modern Establishment, along with all its associate Companies covers a wide range of products & services in the field of industrial gas manufacturing, oil industry related construction projects, representation of multinational companies involved in the field of welding, cutting and safety equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical products, education sector, travel and tourism, general trading & marketing and investment & real estate development. The Company is supported by a dedicated, qualified and experienced management team with service oriented management techniques supported by efficient computerized systems. He has graduated in civil engineering from a pioneer engineering colledge Indian Institute Of Technology, Madras. He has vast experience of supervising civil construction projects in collaboration with many reputed contractor, he has executed various mega projects for industries viz. KOC,KNPC,MEW and other similar organizations in kuwait and other gulf countries. He has travelled far and wide through out the world in connection to stratigic tie up with many well known manufacturers and contractors.
